1. Giriş
FocusLead ("biz") B2B müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi (CRM) yazılımı sunan bir SaaS platformudur. Bu politika, web (getfocuslead.com) ve mobil uygulamamız (FocusLead CRM) aracılığıyla kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.
2. Toplanan Veriler
CRM Verileri (Siz sağlarsınız)
Ad, e-posta, telefon, şirket adı, adres, notlar, görev/randevu, dosyalar, teklif ve fırsat kayıtları.
Hesap Verileri
E-posta, şifreli parola (hash), organizasyon, rol ve yetkilendirme.
Teknik Veriler (Otomatik)
Cihaz türü, OS, uygulama sürümü, IP, çökme raporları (Sentry), push token.

4. Yapay Zeka (AI) Veri İşleme
Açık İzin Gerektirir
AI özellikleri Anthropic API ile çalışır. Sadece açık izninizle etkinleştirilir. Veriler şifrelenir, model eğitimi için kullanılmaz, istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar'dan geri çekebilirsiniz.

6. Veri Güvenliği

- bcrypt şifre hash
- Biyometrik kilit desteği
- Rate limiting ve brute-force koruması
7. Veri Saklama ve Silme
- Aktivite logları: 180 gün sonra otomatik silme
- Silinen kayıtlar: 90 gün sonra anonimleştirme
- Hesap silme: Ayarlar > Hesabımı Sil (30 gün içinde tam kaldırma)
8. KVKK Uyumu
6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamındaki haklarınız: bilgi edinme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz. Veri Sorumlusu: FocusLead. İletişim: support@getfocuslead.com
9. GDPR Uyumu
AB GDPR kapsamında: erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik, itiraz hakları. Veriler AB'de saklanır.
10. Çocukların Gizliliği
FocusLead 18 yaş altına yönelik değildir.
11. Değişiklikler
Önemli değişiklikler e-posta ve uygulama içi bildirimle duyurulur.

1. Introduction
FocusLead ("we") is a B2B CRM SaaS platform. This policy explains how your data is processed through our web (getfocuslead.com) and mobile app (FocusLead CRM).
2. Data We Collect
CRM Data (You provide)
Name, email, phone, company, address, notes, tasks/appointments, files, quotes, opportunities.
Account Data
Email, hashed password, organization, role, permissions.
Technical Data (Automatic)
Device type, OS, app version, IP, crash reports (Sentry), push tokens.
3. How We Use Data
- Providing and improving CRM services
- Authentication and security
- Push and email notifications
- Crash and performance monitoring (Sentry)
- AI features: lead scoring, analysis (with your explicit consent only)
- Legal obligations
4. AI Data Processing
Requires Explicit Consent
AI features are powered by Anthropic's API. Only activated with your explicit consent. Data is encrypted, not used for model training, and you can revoke consent anytime in Settings.

6. Data Security

7. Data Retention & Deletion
- Activity logs: auto-purge after 180 days
- Deleted records: anonymized after 90 days
- Account deletion: Settings > Delete My Account (full removal within 30 days)
8. KVKK Compliance (Turkey)
Under KVKK Law No. 6698: right to information, correction, deletion, objection. Data Controller: FocusLead. Contact: support@getfocuslead.com
9. GDPR Compliance (EU)
Under EU GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection rights. Data stored in EU.
10. Children's Privacy
FocusLead is not intended for individuals under 18.
11. Changes
Material changes communicated via email and in-app notification.
